Avery’s Favorite Hummus
Ingredients

15 oz can
white beans or 1.5 cups cooked white beans
I used navy beans
juice from ½ a lemon or to taste
1
tbsp.
tahini
2
tbsp.
olive oil
1
small garlic clove
dash of salt
Instructions
If you are using dried beans. Soak overnight. Then boil until soft.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to your desired consistency stopping every 30 seconds to mix.
If hummus is too thick, add ¼ cup of water. You can also add another tablespoon of olive oil or a little more lemon juice.
Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers or pita.
