Awesome Turkey Meatballs!
Ingredients

lbs.
ground turkey
You can also use ground chicken, meat or lamb. We like them all!
3/4
cup
breadcrumbs
2
eggs
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese or 1/8 cup nutritional yeast
optional
5
garlic cloves
2
tbsp.
fresh parsley
1/4
cup
of mirin or white wine
optional
2
tbsp.
coconut aminos or soy sauce
1
tsp.
celtic sea salt
If your soy sauce was “low sodium”. If it was not “low sodium”, use less salt.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Chop parsley.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Make the meatballs. We like them to be the size of a golf ball.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven on for approximately 20-22 minutes.
If meatballs are large, you may need a few extra minutes. Enjoy!
