Place almonds in Vitamix, blender or food processor.
Pour in 3.5 cups of water.
Remove pits from dates and place dates in Vitamix.
Blend on high for at least one minute or until everything is pureed nicely.
Over a bowl, pour liquid into a nut milk bag to strain.
Squeeze out as much liquid as possible. If there is still a little pulp, strain one more time.
Drink!
Recipe Notes
