Ginger Turmeric Detox Tea
  1. In a mug, pour in your water.
  2. Peel ginger and slice. Toss slices in.
  3. Squeeze lemon into tea.
  4. Add the turmeric and cayenne. It is always best to start slow and build up to more of these spices.
  5. Pour in the honey and mix.
  6. Enjoy!
