Homemade Chicken Burgers
Ingredients

lb.
organic ground chicken breast
1/4
cup
onions
diced
1
garlic glove
chopped
1
tbsp.
fresh parsley
chopped
2
tbsp.
coconut amino acids
dash of salt and pepper
the coconut aminos will give flavor so not much salt is needed
Instructions
Chop, dice and slice all ingredients as listed above
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Mold four patties
Throw on the grill until cooked through
Freeze a couple burgers for another day!
Recipe Notes
Add a bun or garnish with avocado, tomato slices, arugula and the condiments of your choice.
