Tomato Sauce
Ingredients

cherry tomatoes

fresh basil leaves
chopped

garlic cloves
chopped

tbsp.
fresh oregano
chopped

tbsp.
olive oil
1/4
cup
mirin or white wine

tbsp.
coconut aminos
1/2
tsp.
celtic sea salt
dash of pepper
Instructions
Sauté the garlic in the olive oil for just a minute until lightly golden brown.
Add in onions, coconut aminos and mirin, sauté for ten minutes on medium low until onions start to cook.
Add in tomatoes, basil, oregano, Celtic sea salt and pepper
Simmer for twenty minutes or until tomatoes are cooked.
Pour on top of pasta, zucchini pasta, spaghetti squash and more!
