Cut the avocados in half, remove the skin and toss the avocado into a medium sized bowl. Be sure to save two of the pits!
With a fork, mash the avocado to your desired texture. My family likes the guacamole a little chunky but if you prefer more of a blended texture, mash longer.
Add in tomatoes, onions, lime juice, cilantro and salt.
Mix it all together.
Place two of the avocado pits in the bowl. This will prevent the avocado from turning brown too quickly.
Try to enjoy within a few hours.
