Place spiraled zucchini in a large steamer basket and mix every few minutes so that all the zucchini is evenly cooked.
OR place in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook over medium heat and stir. Add ¼ cup water if needed.
Cook until the zucchini is soft but leave a little crunch.
Place sauce on top and serve!
