I made extra and froze two batches! I try to cook as much fresh food as I can but when I can’t swing it, I prefer my organic homemade frozen food to eating out.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground turkey You can also use ground chicken, meat or lamb. We like them all!
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese or 1/8 cup nutritional yeast optional
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of mirin or white wine optional
- 2 tbsp. coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 tsp. celtic sea salt If your soy sauce was "low sodium". If it was not "low sodium", use less salt.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Chop parsley.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Make the meatballs. We like them to be the size of a golf ball.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven on for approximately 20-22 minutes.
- If meatballs are large, you may need a few extra minutes. Enjoy!
