Have you ever tried to make your own almond milk? Sounds hard, right? I was never interested until I tried it and now I love it! So do my husband and kids! It takes 20 minutes from start to clean up and it is worth every second!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Raw Organic Almonds
- 3.5 Cups Water
- 3 Organic Medjool Dates
- Nut milk bag cheesecloth or dish towel
- That’s it!

Instructions
- Soak almonds in water overnight.
- Drain water.
- Place almonds in Vitamix, blender or food processor.
- Pour in 3.5 cups of water.
- Remove pits from dates and place dates in Vitamix.
- Blend on high for at least one minute or until everything is pureed nicely.
- Over a bowl, pour liquid into a nut milk bag to strain.
- Squeeze out as much liquid as possible. If there is still a little pulp, strain one more time.
- Drink!
Recipe Notes
Enjoy for up to 3-4 days. Option to always add a pinch of salt or a dash of vanilla extract. You can use the almond pulp for baking, oatmeal, granola, smoothies and more! Next time, try my Creamy Coconut Milk Recipe! Here’s a video of how I make it!
