Don’t buy premade chicken burgers! These take ten minutes, taste so much better and are healthier than the store-bought ones.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. organic ground chicken breast
- 1/4 cup onions diced
- 1 garlic glove chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp. coconut amino acids
- dash of salt and pepper the coconut aminos will give flavor so not much salt is needed

Instructions
- Chop, dice and slice all ingredients as listed above
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Mold four patties
- Throw on the grill until cooked through
- Freeze a couple burgers for another day!

Add a bun or garnish with avocado, tomato slices, arugula and the condiments of your choice.
