In the past five years, I have had four pregnancies and I can honestly say that regardless of my body changing, I feel the healthiest and fittest I have ever felt. I have morphed into pregnancy then nursing then back to just me…times 4. During these stages, I learned so much about my body and what felt right at each moment of my life…and I am still learning!
I truly believe in getting to know your body. What foods feel good, what exercises you enjoy, what will realistically work into your schedule. This doesn’t mean it has to all be done today or that it has to be definite. Your diet and routine evolves as you change with different phases of life. It just has to work for you now.
