I am so anxious to get this year off to a great start. I had a wonderful break relaxing with my family but now I am ready to hit it hard!
I don’t really do resolutions but I always have a list of goals. I write down my 1-year and 5-year plans. I also like quarterly goals for things I am currently working on. I revisit this and update it fairly often, it keeps me on my toes. I find that if I can visualize what I want, it has the capability of manifesting!
A few things on my list for 2016:
Find healthy meals that I can cook quickly for my family.
Practice yoga everyday even if it consists of 20 minutes of sun salutations to get my body flowing.
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
Count my blessings.
Blog my truth!
