You can try this with any bean. Each will taste a little different. Rotate them and find your favorites!

- 1 15 oz can white beans or 1.5 cups cooked white beans I used navy beans
- juice from ½ a lemon or to taste
- 1 tbsp. tahini
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- dash of salt

Instructions
- If you are using dried beans. Soak overnight. Then boil until soft.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to your desired consistency stopping every 30 seconds to mix.
- If hummus is too thick, add ¼ cup of water. You can also add another tablespoon of olive oil or a little more lemon juice.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers or pita.
