Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil loosely packed
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 avocado
- lemon juice from ½ lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil you may need to add 1/8more
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. ground celtic sea salt

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or a nutribullet. Blend until your desired consistency. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
Use organic ingredients, if possible. Serve on top of pasta, zucchini pasta, spaghetti squash, chicken, fish or shrimp. If sitting out for a while, it may start to brown because of the avocado. Serve soon after making or cover and leave in fridge. Mix before using.
