An hour after dinner I always begin to crave something else. I have a bad sweet tooth and the past few years I have learned to feed the craving with healthy foods. One thing I love at the end of the night is a hot cup of tea. It helps my digestive system, it puts me in a calm state and I enjoy the feeling of warm tea. I usually go for chamomile but lately, I have been reaching for my Roasted Dandelion Root Tea and I am officially obsessed. It tastes a little sweet and has a slight toasted flavor with a touch of bitterness. I had to share because it keeps me from reaching for dessert…most of the time!
