Trail Mix– I rotate them but my favs are Tracy’s Favorite Trail Mix or Another Delicious Trail Mix Combo. I snack on these in between meals if I get hungry. It keeps me from going into starvation mode and overeating or making bad decisions for a meal choice.
Nut Butter– I eat these with apples or bananas for a snack or dessert. I add them to an oatmeal if I am out and need to power up a meal. Sometimes, I suck on them by itself. Truly.
Protein/Granola Bars– I LOVE my 22 Days Bars. Great for a quick breakfast if you don’t have a chance to sit to eat. Try it for that 4pm snack craving. Choose an organic bar that is low in sugar, sodium and ingredients.
