Start the week off right with a few of these in your fridge…

I believe in eating whole foods. Simple, unprocessed, nutrient dense foods.

Eggs are a complete food full of protein, essential amino acids and vitamins such as B12, iron and many others.

I like to boil these bad boys and leave them ready for the week. They can be an easy snack, pair with an apple and nut butter for breakfast or make into a quick egg salad sandwich.
